Return any item unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No awkward questions.
Arrived damaged, or not misting or lighting up?
Let us know within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund, items need to be unused and in their original packaging. If an item comes back used or damaged, we may not be able to refund it in full, but we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
