Is it a real fire? Does it get hot?
No real fire at all. LEDs light up cool ultrasonic mist from below so it rises like flames, and the 3D firewood in the window glows like embers. There's no heat, no smoke and no soot, so it's safe to touch.
Do I need the essential oil set?
No. It works with plain tap water as a fireplace light and humidifier. The 6-oil set is optional: it's ticked by default and comes 15% off when you buy it with your diffuser. Untick the box above Add to cart if you'd rather skip it.
What does the remote do?
The remote turns it on and off, starts the timer and switches the light between the warm fire glow and other colours, so you can set the mood without getting up. You can also use the buttons on the front.
Does it work as a humidifier?
Yes. It puts moisture back into the air around it, which is lovely in a room dried out by heating.
Can I leave it on overnight?
It's quiet enough for a bedroom. Set the 1-hour, 3-hour or 5-hour timer and it switches off on its own, and it also turns itself off when the water runs out, so it never runs dry.
How long does a full tank last?
The tank holds 150 ml, which gives you a good few hours of flame mist. For a long evening, just top it up.
Can I change the colour?
Yes. Keep the classic warm orange fire, or switch to other colours, including red, green, blue, purple and white, from the remote.
How do I fill and clean it?
Lift off the top lid, pour water into the tank and add a few drops of oil if you like. To clean, unplug it, pour out any leftover water and wipe the tank with a soft cloth every few days.
How long does delivery take?
